Next Step is a change management, training and personal development service focused in higher education, government, corrections, and faith based sectors. Since 2003, we have been developing and delivering training materials, organizational effectiveness resources and interventions for individuals, teams and organizations. We provide support in the areas of: personal development, handling difficult people, leadership, management, effective communications, and teamwork. We offer a variety of training and services to fit both individuals and organizations. From standard to customized programs, our goal is to facilitate the most effective change  based upon each person’s or organization’s situation.  Services include: assessment/diagnosis, organizational structure, measurement of effectiveness, leadership training and organization specific training.
