Next Step Ministries Inc. is dedicated to bringing hope and renewed vitality to churches of all sizes. A major focus is to partner with and provide resources for churches that could not financially pay for quality coaching and consulting but have a strong desire to take the Next Step in reaching their community for Christ.

Current statistics reveal that 85% of churches are plateaued or declining. Pastors are leaving the ministry discouraged at a record pace. The pastor’s home is the focus of targeted attack from the enemy. These statistics are unacceptable to Michael and Pennie Wiles.  God has called them into a ministry of support; to partner with pastors and churches to help Healthy Pastors lead Healthy Churches full of Healthy Families reach a Hurting World.

Next Step Ministries Inc. seeks to accomplish this through many segments of ministry. The Next Step Leadership Training provides an opportunity for church leaders to strengthen their leadership skills, improve teamwork, identify current demographic data and catch a renewed ministry vision. Each participant utilizes cutting-edge assessment tools to help them improve their personal ministry effectiveness.

Next Step Ministries Inc. also provides support for Women in Ministry with the Sheerah Project, volunteer help with the Strikeforce, distance training with targeted Teleforums, Church Health Assessments and church specific training events.
