Next Step Leadership Training

Healthy Pastors leading Healthy Churches full of Healthy Families reaching a Hurting World

This 2-day training event is designed to improve communication among the leadership team thus enhancing their effectiveness in ministry. Each team will also use current demographic information to identify needs within their community. Current ministries will be evaluated as the team identifies and strengthens the mission and vision of the church. Each team member will be administered quality comprehensive assessments.

ASSESSMENTS

Strengthen Your Teams Communication

Each team member will take the online DISC assessment and will receive a comprehensive report that will help the team to improve relationships by understanding how to adapt personal behavior pattenrs to interact more effectively with others. This assessment also helps facilitate collaboration with others by providing insight on personal talents and strengths.

Learn What Drives the Behavior of Your Team

Each team member will take the online PIA&V assessment and will receive a comprehensive report that will help to identify the attitudes and values that drive behavior. Passions influence how we see our world and our perception of events. Each team member will learn their passions that motivate them to action.

Spiritual Gifts

Each team member will be given a Spiritual Gifts assessment that will help them to identify the Spiritual Gifts that God has given to them. Training will be provided in ways to use their individual gifts in ministry.

Natural Church Development Assessment
