Next Step Ministries offers several different seminars and training events designed to help individuals and teams with positive behavioral change.  As a Certified Behavioral Analyst, Michael will help you as an individual or team to identify behaviors that inhibit  behavioral change and effectiveness.  All trainings are designed to equip participants to become effective change agents in the lives of others.  Special attention is given to helping facilitate change in those that are resistant to change.  Michael will make you think as you laugh your way to becoming the influencer that God desires you to become.

Next Step Leadership Training   The Next Step Leadership Training is designed to help the church leadership team improve their effectriveness in reaching their world for Christ.  Powerful leadership assessmewnts will be utilized that will help facilitate teamwork by providing insight into personal talents and strengths.  Each team will be helped to discover their current reality and how to overcome obstacles to teamwork.

The Thrive Next Step process takes cohort groups of churches through the process of positive change.  Each participating church will discover: Their Current Normal Who they are called to BE The Path to Change Click on Thrive Plan to discover the details of the Thrive Next Step plan.

The FISH Philosophy Seminar is for the select ministry groups or the entire church.  This training will help your church focus on the importance of connecting with others in a meaningful way.  Through the process of viewing and processes 4 hilarious video vignettes, they will discove the power that relational connection has in impacting their world for Christ.

The INVITE seminar will empower your congregation to invite those in their circle of influence to your church services and events.  Video vignettes will be utilizeed that demonstrate the life-changing power of God that can be manifest through someting as simple as an INVITE.
